I would like to bring to your attention how helpful and supportive your employee Emilia Rosselli was to me in completing a complex and complicated order.

Basically I had a large file on a memory stick I was desperately trying to have printed for a meeting with the Attorney General in Victoria, however, the file was corrupted and I was on the ferry attempting to communicate via its very patchy wifii system.

The original file was created at Dominion Blueprint but deep printing language is not my forte and I needed help in trying to get new copies printed by Island Blue in Victoria.

Emilia came in to the situation and went well beyond the call of duty, communicating directly with Island Blue to make things happen and to get the job done flawlessly and right on time.
