FTP, which stands for File Transfer Protocol, is a network protocol for transferring files that has been in use for many years. This service is secure, and offered to you as an alternative to our online order form. We do however recommend the online order form as you can upload multiple files and will receive confirmation of your order being received by us.

If you still choose to use FTP, you can configure your FTP client as follows:

» Address: ftp.dominionblue.com
» Username: db-ftp
» Password: hell0 (uses a zero instead of the letter O)
